makes Bujan-Hall Special?

We
offer a 10 year warranty. The subdivisions or
rural areas in which we typically build do not have required
inspections, with the exception of the septic system. This allows
builders to construct a home in any manner they choose.
We want you to be confident that your home is built to the best
standards, and to do this, we submit to a series of third-party
inspections which are required in order to able to offer the 2-10
Home Buyers Warranty.
